Frank needed a professional online presence to showcase his expertise and engage clients, and a solution he could manage himself. We helped him formalise his services, then built a clean one-page site to serve as a central hub.

  3. Highlight Work Through Visual Storytelling: Incorporate media and examples to visually showcase the brands TBCE has promoted in China, demonstrating expertise across different mediums and channels.

  4. Streamline Client Engagement: Provide a platform where leads can quickly learn about TBCE’s value proposition, reducing the need for lengthy in-person discussions.

  5. Enable Self-Management: Build the site on a platform TBCE could manage independently, supported by training and documentation to ensure ease of use.

What We Did

Phase 1: Strategy & Content

  1. Consultation, Branding Strategy Development: Worked closely with TBCE to formalise its service offerings, including defining features, benefits, and USPs.

  2. Design inspiration: held comprehensive design & styling workshop to gather feedback and direction on design, styling, branding, imagery, colours, typefaces to concisely define TBC Limited's Visual Identity.

  3. Content Writing: Wrote all website content, tailored to TBCE’s target audiences and designed to clearly communicate its expertise and value proposition.

Phase 2: Design & Build

  1. Initial Design Concepts

    • Using Wix and Framer, created multiple design concepts, refining the final choice with TBCE.

  2. Building the Website

    • Developed a simple one-page website integrating free stock images to visually enhance storytelling and showcase TBCE’s value.

Phase 3: QA & Launch

  1. Final Adjustments and Quality Assurance: Conducted QA checks, testing links, grammar, and responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

  2. Post-Launch Support

    • Delivered step-by-step guides and video-recorded documentation to empower TBCE to self-manage its website.

    • Built custom step-by-step support guides for TBC to follow on how to use Wix post-launch leveraging Layerpath guides.

  3. SEO Audit: Performed a post-launch SEO audit to optimise the site and ensure full functionality.
